Fast delivery. Product looks and feels great. However, does not work. First bag, sealed ok. Vacuumed out well and then sealed, the bag lost it's vacuum after about 10 mins. Will not seal the bag. This is Not my first machine and fully understand how they operate. Contacted team to arrange return and still not heard back from them for Over a week. Very poor customer service. In my experience I would Not recommend this product or business.
