Originally was sceptical of apple cider vinegar in a gummy. It's tastes amazing, couldn't tell that you're eating it, doesn't have an after taste. I have noticed a reduced in my belly fact after a month of use. Highly recommend them.!!

Was a bit skeptical at first to try these but now I am a complete believer! What's not to like. I take mine through out the day as I am going through menapause so taking them all at once makes me hot. It works for me. I do have more energy than before so I am able to get more out of my day! They are soft and yummy and are kind on my stomach as they don't have any nasties in them.

Have been taking these for just over a week…I feel a little better in myself but still yet to see a bigger difference in my skin but doesn’t help I’m menopausal….I will continue to take these as I know noticeable changes take longer with each person 😊

These gummies taste lovely, they feel like a treat, rather than something for your health! You can smell the blackseed oil on them when you open the tub, but there is no taste of blackseed oil whatsoever when eating them. They are abit pricey, but if you don’t like the taste of raw BSO, but still want the benefits of it - these might be worth the investment
