Try both Phytox and GC lite with proper diet to maximise my weight loss journey. The taste surprisingly good for both, makes me never wanna miss to consume it. With proper diet and no exercise so far i have loss 1.2kg in 1 week. Definitely monitor your food intake, no sweet drinks, dessert or snacks. Only proper meal with appropriate portion and fruits. I have constipation all my life, doctor told me that I have naturally weak bowel muscles. Before trying Phytox, I have been taking laxative(Dulcolax) for a few years until I developed side effects from it. Whenever I take laxative, I get acid reflux problem for a few days. MCT oil gave me the same problem too. Glad that I tried Phytox, I usually go to toilet 2-6 hours after consuming, or sometimes the next day. Did not suffer from any side effects.
