GREAT QUALITY! Love how the fireplace has 3 different options (crystals, logs or rocks). I love all the different light settings too! Fits perfectly in my space and measurements are accurate. Customer service is awesome and responds back quickly. The only draw back is the timing, took almost 8 weeks to receive product. But the wait is so worth it!

It looks great and we're extremely happy with the crafted quality. Customer Service (Jacob) was so helpful and quick to answer my questions. Just received the Malibu tv stand with the Bourbon stain. It looks incredible in the room. The delivery went smooth. The stand was packed very securely. No damage. We did notice on the shelving inside the cabinet what looked like dust. After wiping it away we noticed the shelf felt a little rough in one of the corners. We love the look of the fireplace and quality of the TV stand. One of the reasons we like it but don't love it is because we wish the heat would be more widely dispersed. The area heat comes out of is quite small in comparison to the unit overall. Also, the fireplace insert is not very secure. If you press the buttons, it rocks.

Waited about a month for it to come in, completely worth the wait! We are in love! We are using a 85" TV and it looks perfect. No damage in shipping, came fully assembled, except we have to slide in the fireplace. Easy enough. We didn't mount it and it stays in there just fine. Plenty of space for receivers on the inside and it has cable management holes. The fire effects are my favorite, unreal how "real" it looks!

About 2 weeks in production, 1-2 weeks delivery. White glove moved the TV stand into the house, unboxed it, placed it, and took the scrap out. They do not put the fireplace insert in the TV stand or secure it, but it wasn't too hard. Came with 2 brackets and it just slides in. Don't know why they don't just put it in lol. Completely love our new tv fireplace stand. Came in 2 package, 1 fully assembled stand and the fireplace. Very well packed and fireplace slides right in. The back panel is thin but doesn't need to be anything more than that. Has cable/wire management which is helpful to hide all those cables. The size I got came with two different types of placements for the fireplace which is awesome. I opted for the logs, they look awesome! Overall, very happy with our new TV stand and would recommend it!

Absolutely love my new tv stand! It's the perfect width for my 75" tv and it's not too deep so it doesn't take up too much room. The whiskey color is great. The best part is the heater. I didn't think it would be that warm but it helps a lot. You can turn on the heat and the fake fire together or the fake fire and no heat. So much easier firing this up than a real one! Haha.
