I had meniscus surgery and it took a little longer than most to get back to my activities. I got a large I believe and it’s a little big for me and I can wrap it around my leg a time and a half once it’s on it’s extremely comfortable and makes a world of difference it has a lot of support on the top and bottom my knee but leaves the center kneecap open which is really comfortable and cool especially in the hot weather and you can make it tighter for more support or loosen it up I’m extremely happy with my purchase

So far the first day I put the patella stabilizer on felt good haven’t been able to mow my lawns without being in pain 3 days later,put product to the test went to the golf course got rid of gorse cut up firewood . So far bit of pain not as bad still a wee bit sore but not so bad. Next day went back to golf course cut some cords of wood still able and capable ,filled up a metre of wood bit sore afterwards but not too bad. I have arthritis in both knees, and not being keen on NSAID drugs I I’ve tried all sorts of knee supports, but none of them helped. when I saw the Posit Vibe I thought I would try one, in case it turned out to be like the others. I have multiple knee sleeves and braces. They give me a little support and comfort but they don't help when it comes to managing the pain. Since I've used my Posit Vibe I have noticed no pain while in use. I'm not sure how it works but I'm sure glad it does!

I have osteoarthritis in both my knees. I bought three of these postvibe knee braces. I believe 2 large and a medium I needed 19" I found that the large was a little to loose after they wear a bit. The smaller size works much tighter and gives lots more relief. The only problem I have is keeping the top band from sliding over my knee when walking for moderate distances.
