I absolutely love the citron lemon flavor! I am eager to try other flavors as well. My single complaint is that the carbonation feels flat, as I had hoped for a more bubbly texture.

I've had a can of Black Currant with a meal the past four days. So far, so good. I tend to think it gives me more energy. The flavor is good, although I think I'll order a different one next time. What would be ideal would be the option to buy a 4- or 6-pack that included different flavors (I've seen the bundle of flavor varieties, but it's too large and costly for a sampler imo). Thanks.

Had, now in remission, diabetes. I contribute a lot of little things that add up. A “Good Idea” beverage in the morning with muh breakfast and by use of CGM I can tell you it definitely helps and makes a difference. Thanks.

I have been enjoying GOOD IDEA's sparkling water for quite some time. The health benefits, mainly where my A1C numbers are concerned, have been very positive. I saw Good Idea featured on Facebook and was looking for an alternative to diet soda. As a recently diagnosed diabetic I am trying to change my eating habits and hope that this helps to avoid sugar spikes. The lemon flavor is delicious. Nice to know that I am doing something good for myself!

I have been re-ordering using a subscription service, as one of the Swedish Lemon cans with a meal does seem to help with my sugar spikes. It is a good substitute for the sugary drinks I used to crave. No more cravings!

I just started drinking Good Idea, and I have only tested my blood sugar once after drinking it with lunch. To my surprise my glucose was at 132 after eating! Usually it pops up much higher than that. We have been on vacation for the past 10 days, so I will try it again this week.

I'm not a fan of sparking water but this has a lighter taste to it with a hint of flavor. I have recently reversed pre-diabetes and I don't want it back! This is helping me keep it under control and it's giving me more energy. I feel like I'm sleeping better also.

Love the assortment; would really like to be able to get the same deal as 1 six-pack per flavor instead of 2 per flavor for the simple reason of the space required to store the extra six-packs. That's my only con.

It's kind of a subtle difference but I actually think this is helping me not to gain weight. And maybe even lose a pound? All of the flavors are good and I like that they are a little exotic. Their customer service is incredibly helpful and responsive when I had trouble with my first order. I think I'm going to be a regular customer from now on

I saw the ad for this product on a van. It looked interesting so I researched it and decided to try it. I have only been using it for a few days, and really like it! The flavors are great, my energy improved. Haven’t noticed change in appetite, but know that will be coming. It’s a little pricy, but overall it’s a great product. Highly recommend.

This product not only taste very good but it works! I have been on a low carb lifestyle for a few years do to insulin resistance issue. During the holidays I was not always good at watching what I ate but always drank this product before I ate my fill of carbs and my glucose and weight stayed steady as a rock. Good Idea works! I am not prediabetic, but my blood glucose numbers occasionally run over 100. I am very carb sensitive, & even non starchy veggies will spike me 40 points. I liked the product. It definitely helps with gut health and blood sugar control with no caffeine. The lemon flavor is ok but the wild raspberry flavor is my favorite so far. The delivery from Amazon resulted in two cans arriving completely empty as they opened and leaked in transit. With $5 a can that is an expensive loss at my cost!

I was surprised, it works.On the first Day of drinking 1 can, it lowered my sugar by 81 points. That in itself is amazing. My metformin stopped working after 5 yrs. My sugar was going up and up. I saw on utube the ad, for Good Idea decided to order it, and I'm glad I did. I will order again, please think about the senior citizens like myself and give them a discount please.

I ordered Good Idea for the first time to try it. When it arrived one of the cans was broken and had emptied all over the box. I immediately contacted their customer service and they responded right away and remedied the situation. Great customer service and a great product.

I absolutely love these drinks! I hate checking my blood sugars but I can tell you that I definitely can tell a difference in how I feel when I have one or two of these a day. Especially, when I have had sugar or carbs... I'll have a Good Idea afterwards and I do not feel sluggish later or the next morning, nor do I gain the usual 2lbs for my cheat. Tip: these make a great wine spritzer and help offset the sugar in the wine.
