This is for all 3 flavors in my order. I was a little surprised by the flavors---not terrible, but I must honestly say--not delicious. I can tolerate drinking them, but it isn't something crave or really look forward to drinking. But the main thing is--I don't really see a lowering of my blood sugar numbers. I was so hoping to enjoy that effect. So, please remove me from the monthly re-order list. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I have been through 2 boxes and have seen no change or energy benefits from these drinks. I am drinking 2 to 3 a day so if they were ss good as they claim I would have thought I would have seen somthing by know. There is not much flavor so it's just about the same as drinking sparkling water. Maybe these work for some people just not me
