The product is terrific! I love it. However, the delivery leaves room for improvement. One time a number of cans had been damaged and product leaked all over. Company did replace! This most recent time I only received one third of my order. A week later I had to call and was told product was damaged and returned to warehouse. Again I had to call. It had absolutely no effect on my blood sugar. It's a costly soft drink, and I will not buy any more. I prefer the inexpensive Gatorade Zero, which doesn't spike my blood sugar.
