Took 5 weeks to arrive. Works well and good build quality. There's a lot of plastic in the construction though, so I wonder how long it will last. Only time will tell.

The goods are good, quality. In the kit: the nozzle itself, 6 adapters for different taps/mixers, three grids and a key of adapters.
Before trying to disassemble the nozzle and the adapter, see how this is done in the instructions.
Hands should be at a distance of not more than 10 centimeters to work mode of fast on/off. Consider this.
