This thing works great, for one year. At least that’s what happened to ours. This is why the money back offer is only for 100 days.
Must be a cheap battery or something, but it was awesome while it worked.
Now it runs for 30 seconds before needing a charge. Essentially disposable.
They said they offer 25% though as a “sorry for your negative experience”.
I’d say find out where in china these are being made and pay the 20$ they cost on Ali express or something instead of $150.

High setting of 30 gives fast vibration where the lower setting will give deeper vibration. Only has a speed setting, no travel adjustments. As other massage guns it is hard to reach the mid back. I found using the ball didn't really do much, but I also found it worked pretty good on back/shoulder muscles if you turn the ball on to the desired setting and then place it between your shoulder and the wall and lean up against it and move your trunk to where you want the massage, much like a physio ball.
