The comfort is outstanding and my penis feels support by a soft hand and my balls held gently. I purchased some other brand which is a different design earlier and thought they were good, but they are too restrictive due to their shape which feels too tight in the groin. I’ve purchased “separating” underwear from a couple different brands, but these are definitely the best so far. The only thing that I might like better is for the dick pouch to have some room for the downward position. It seems like they are made for you to be pointed upward, which isn’t really natural, and downward seems to be stretching that area. Either way, they are very comfortable, and the ventilation in the sack pouch is really nice.

These undies are so comfortable, and fit perfectly. Lovely smooth material too, silky soft on the skin. I love them. :-) Just to note, I'm a European size small (30' waist), and the pants I have are large, on the label but are the right size for me. So just check your sizes carefully! Love the briefs! The high leg gives me freedom of movement. I like the stretchable ribbed fabric and the colors. My only requests would be that the pouch was just a bit bigger and that pouch be constructed a bit more independently of the body of the garment. That way the my gonads could swing more independently. Other than that I give this garment a thumbs up!!

I purchased these about 2 years ago. They still look new. I got the 3 pack. They are my go to underwear. I like that the pouch open from both sides. Easy and quick access.
