I have ordered twice now, both products when I finally received them were extremely nice. Had shipping problem but that was because of FedEx and not Black Helmet. I would like to make a suggestion to Black Helmet and maybe use a alternate way to ship items, I even have had great luck with USPS but horrible luck with FedEx. Anyway the items i have purchase were top quality, and I would not have any issue making additional purchases from Black Helmet, Please don't ship FedEx!

Having worked at the World Trade Center on the 81st Floor of the North Tower for 8-1/2 Years this is hat is a fitting tribute to those who lost their lives on 9/11. I was fortunate in that the last day I was at the WTC was 9/7/2001. For those who didn't make it out, those first responders who rushed in and those who have perished since 9/11, you are not forgotten. Never Forget.

I just received my tumbler and it keeps my water ice cold all day! I love it. My only complaint is that I can't really see the awesome logo😢 My tumbler is deep red and the logo is a pale silver that you can hardly see it.
