I would not be able to get a good nights sleep if I didn’t have my RECALDENT GUMS, I use them for when I keep waking up with a very dry mouth every night, I have been using them for quite a few years now and they work really great so that I can get back to sleep, l certainly can’t survive without them. Great product. Acidic foods, ageing teeth and low calcium levels damage teeth , particularly around the gum lines as gums shrink. This is a good toothpaste. I have fragile old teeth and bought it to help strengthen them- I believe it has. Not rinsing is a hard habit to break and I wasn't always successful at that. I have just bought a second tube. Highly recommended.

The product has helped over the past several years although I’m not enjoying the new tube as it’s quite inflexible and makes it difficult to squeeze the last bits out. I prefer the original tube and the original product. This transparent product is difficult to see on my brush and is thinner meaning I often squeeze more than I need simply because I can’t see it.
