This is an amazing portable/foldable stand. Its is very sturdy, and as you can see from my photo, you can fit a lot! I purchased a used second shifter mount, and I installed it on the opposite side. I don't have a lot of room, so my stand is a jack of all trades. I used it from farming to racing. I'm just amazed at how they are able to build such a great mount at such a low price. Initially several screws and nuts were missing from the package. Customer service shipped all the missing items from the UK to the US. They were prompt and I didn't have any issues with customer service. Install was fairly straight forward and smooth. The rear frame is mounted to a NRG Prisma seat that bolted without any issues. I heard lots of different things about stability, flex, In my case it’s more than sufficient I’m 5’11 170lbs so I don’t know if weight makes a difference. Well built, once assembled I did find the seating position a bit low, I’m 62 it takes a bit of practice to not use the sim wheel as a brace to sit down, I also looked for seats on eBay as I thought 300.00 was a bit steep. I'll admit the construction phase was a bit of a pain, partly because I didn't know what I was doing, and partly because the t-slot nuts were an absolute pain. Once constructed and tightened down, this baby is rock solid. I had to move the rig on and off the 6 inch platform a few times (wet basement issue), and there were no issues at all. Shipping was good, seat arrived the day after the cockpit 💁🏻‍♂️. Very stable and sturdy. I started to have my classic moving around during “aggressive” driving, particularly in rally races 🏁. Been wanting to get into sim racing for awhile. As a kid, I always wished I had an "arcade" race feel at home. Now at 30, I get a huge smile on my face every time I sit down for a few laps. I bought the GT Omega Prime rig as an upgrade to my GT Omega wheel stand. It has by far exceeded my expectations of what this rig was built to do. I did make the mistake of ordering the wrong wheel mounting option as I am using the fanatec GT DD pro, but I was able to make it work. The rig is very high quality and it's rock solid! Really good quality stand! I saw it on Amazon and decided to order direct to save a few dollars. It’s a little more money than the other Amazon “no name” stands of similar design, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I actually ordered one of the Amazon “no name” ones to compare.
