Let me start with the issue, out of GT Omega's control, I had. I had issues with receiving my rear seat frame due to the box being severely damaged in route, the package slip was damaged and UPS couldn't scan it. This delayed my package to my house, for almost a month, and I reached out to GT Omega who at first didn't respond well to my request for help, however I ended up talking to someone who was able to help me and figured it out for me.
