The product arrived fast, the packaging was very good, and it works as expected. Sometimes, it does get quite warm/hot, but this seems to be a common issue with USB-hubs in general. Hopefully, it won't affect its functionality and longevity. I guess time will tell.

Delivery was troubly to NL, but still managed to find and get it. The product is perfect, as all Ugreen stuff, usually is. Just hope it will work a bit longer than previous one (around 2 years and died).

I have my desk much cleaner without all the chargers on top taking all the space, not to mention the cables, especially the thick long power cables, I now only have one of those and then only small and thin sub cables. When not in use, I unplug them from the charger and that is it. Expensive? Yes, but since everything is now USB-powered, take it as an investment for the future and if your laptop or phone charger needs to be replaced take the price of a new one in this. Couldn't use it that much yet and only used it on my phone so far but with it it performed pretty good. Lots of energy and great charging speed. I really like it. Only a bit bigger than I imagined but I coule have looked that up bevorhand. All in all great product. :)

I used it to copy a full laptop internal drive with operating system to a new SSD with higher capacity. 250 GB copied super smooth, then swapped the SSDs. The old one now functions as an external drive. Very handy enclosure. Its very easy to (accidentally) open the enclosure so be prepared to find the cover loose in your bag if not stowed properly.

Solid build. Clean professional look and feel. A bit bulky for mobile use, more intended as stationary desk unit, then for travel, though still doable. I highly recommend this item specialy due to it's 2x 4K (HDMI or DP) Display out.

It does what it says. On a Mac it shows up with an empty name under Sound > Output for example. It would be good to fix that. Other than that, the VGA output works which is what I bought it for. It would be nice if the ethernet port showed the usual LED lights to give confirmation that it is working.

Solid quality and laptop is solely connected by usb-C and is also charging battery. Net work device is gigabit and performs well. The device get's a bit warm but so far not real hot. Overall very pleased with this product

What a handy gadget for Mac! I've got two extra USBs and an additional USB-C all hooked up to my Mac. The only drawback is that I can't use Netflix or other movie services because I'm "screen sharing." But the connections between my laptop and the two screens are speedy and lag-free. Now, my laptop sits closed under my desk, linked to a keyboard and mouse.

Great power bank and the animations on the display are super quite. Unfortunately for me my current phone is a bit special (older OnePlus) and doesn't support usb PD so I can't take advantage of all the features at the moment, but still the capacity is what I needed and the fact that the battery itself can be fast charged.

I have been using 10.000mAh powerbanks from another brand for years now. These ones are quite a bit smaller for the same capacity. It charges my phone and even my MacBook without any problems. The usb-c port is easy to connect another device too. I am a big fan of these ugreen products !!

Amazing for using the same peripherals (mouse/keyboard/headphones/webcam) on both work laptop and personal pc. Used to have a USB hub where I switched the USB from system to system. Would love to have one of the USB ports on top of the device instead of all being on front/back (in my case the webcam USB comes from the top).
