These panniers arrived in perfect shape in protective covers. As part of the insurance settlement I needed only one to replace the right pannier, but the silver lock assembly on the lid was different from the OEM. I wanted to keep it symmetrical. First purchase from this company, was a bit worried about quality because of low price for a painted fender for 300.00$. Took about three weeks to get to me from supplier (china) . Package had the crap beat out of it, but the fender was well wrapped and protected. Pleasantly surprised at the quality and fit, color is 100% match. Fits perfect.
