I was not really happy with my delivery as I had to email the company because I had not received my proof after 2 weeks but I finally received my hat deliveries and everyone loves them. The only thing I would change is I would prefer the leather patch to be done in color OR I would like to have been able to pick the color of my leather patch. Mine came in silver in black and I was not made aware of that in advance. Hats wear very well. Colors are great!

Telling me 5-7 weeks until delivery, without the ability for future updates does not help me plan our merchandise marketing program. Overall well done, but please provide fabrication updates.

The hats are good quality and the logo is nice. One thing I didn't notice in the proof copy, is that although our wording was centered with itself, it was not centered with the seam coming down the middle of the front of the hat and so our wording looks crooked. I sure wish I had noticed that before ordering!
