Okay let’s get real. I started with black on black chucks, commercial not durable but comfy. Bought Combat Flips and Woobies to head to head test. Woobies have a durable build and sole, nice gel footbed and they need break in to really appreciate BUT the pull loops in the back ripped off first wear which really disappointed. Still early for long term test but that’s truth. <3>

I've had my MOD 1 for more than 2 years love them totally even though the canvas gave out at the toe cap stitch area. I still grab them over the Vietnamese star brand hightops even though those are newer..

Hi! These are very comfortable shoes and I have a grey pair that have been fantastic. BUT, these black ones have not been as durable. When slipping them on before lacing them up, I noticed the loop on the rear of both shoes were beginning to tear. Eventually the right shoe’s loop torn off with very little force putting them on. I really like these shoes and y’all’s brand. I plan on being a loyal customer. These shoes weren’t cheap. Is there anything we can do to fix this? Thanks, David Freeman

Wasn’t impressed with my Altamas. Pull loop stitching ripped, sole stitching pulled out and tread busted off in places. These seem better built and haven’t come apart so far.

The shoes are comfortable, durable, and have good arch support. I also like the padding insert made out of rubber or gel sorbethane like material. The customer service was great.

Honestly it fits like if a certain brand of shoes that rhymes with obverse wasn’t built to sh** tier quality. Instead it feels sturdy and built to last. Highly recommend buying stuff not mad in a sweatshop when possible.

The insole and padding inside is very comfortable. The laces are thick and stand up to a solid tug to tighten up the shoe tongue. They look tough and feel great!

Probably the best all around shoe I've bought. I'm hard on footwear and these have held up longer than most name brands. I'll be buying the Mod 1's next. If you feet are on the wider side definitely order the wides. Thank you Woobies for a great product.

I love these shoes! They’re comfortable, go anywhere, and do anything. And they’re made in America…can’t get any better than that! I’d own a pair in every color but my wife might get concerned. The grey is versatile and I wear them with casual khakis and a button up and jeans and a t-shirt. If you’re on the fence, don’t be! These will be your hands down go-to’s for sure!

I really like these! They're super high quality and seem like they'll last a long time. I'm still breaking them in, but they're comfortable and tough enough to handle scrambling in the woods even stepping on a garden tool.

Great shoe overall too bad my fat foot couldn’t fit it (old Army injury) The overall width of the shoe was amazing but the toe narrowed to much for me. It happens to a lot of shoes that say wide. As for the customer service and the return, this company is doing it right and I appreciate their customer service. Thank you woobie I will definitely by other products from you in the future. I really like my Woobies. I am pretty particular about how shoes/socks feel on my feet so I was a bit concerned about buying a pair of shoes without trying them on first. They’ve been great. I read reviews about the shoes running small (or skinny), but there’s plenty of room and they fit excellent. 5/5 definitely will buy again. Currently eyeing the Cemento Mod-1’s.

I ordered the snake eaters 1/2size large hoping to fit my wide foot as no wide in my size was available at that time. They were too narrow so my son was the grateful beneficiary of that pair. When a notice came announcing wide sizes available, I promptly ordered a 10.5 2E Night Op Camo. But I found these to be more snug than the snake eaters. But they fit my son well enough that he became the beneficiary of yet another fine pair of shoes. He enjoys them very much. Says they are ‘Quality’.

Ordered the Cemento Hightops and prayed they’d work for me. I have goofy ankles and nerve damage in one foot/leg, and many shoes downright hurt. I was more than pleasantly surprised, they were comfortable on day one and stayed that way for the past month of day wear👍. I’ll probably come back for low tops during the next sale and get a different color. Definitely recommend!

I’ve worn Chuck Taylor’s for a long time. I moved to San Antonio recently and couldn’t find Chuck’s anywhere. A friend told me about Woobies stating they won’t disappoint and I’d be supporting a Veteran Owned Business. These are now my everyday shoe. Great fit/look. It took a couple days to break these in, but once they were, they have been my go to for footwear. I’m usually a flip flop guy. I absolutely agree that woobies are an extremely comfortable wearing shoe. As a former vet, I am all about showing support for my fellow vets. Thanks woobies for a great product. These are high quality shoes. You can feel the high quality when you wear them. Takes a week to work them in and once you break them in its glorious. I wear them for work, they feel like boots but have that converse chucks feel. Athletic boots if you will I'd describe them. This is my second purchase of these shoes, the 1st pair lasted 6 months. That's 6 months of mon- Fri 12hr shifts. When my 2nd pair wears out ill get a 3rd pair for sure.

I love old school comber chucks, but they have become uncomfortable as I got older. I have been seeing Woobies for a while and took the plunge to get a pair. I am so glad I did. As a Marine Patrol Sheriff I am very happy with the quality and design. My feet get wet during a shift, but these dry rapidly and water does not pool inside. The sole is CL made of high quality rubber which does not mark up boats. I also found that they are not slippery when wet! Great product guys and gals! Respectfully Philip
