This was my first detox and elimination diet in 7 years, and was pretty easy to do. After the 3rd day I noticed significant improvement in my bowels, heartburn, and bloat. Over all, it is helping me to realign my food habits. My sugar and caffeine cravings are gone, my allergies improved. I didn't fast the first two days, and had a very light dinner those nights. All in all, I lost three lbs, have less bloating and better digestion, and am happy with my results!
