I just started it this week. The first 4 days were ROUGH! I contacted Monica at North Century Pharmacy for advice. She was VERY helpful and encouraging, giving me a few things to try. The next day after trying some of the suggestions the side affects weren’t quite as bad. I’m taking one pill a day until my body acclimates. It does dull my appetite. Hoping for lower A1C, lower cholesterol and lower weight. Can’t say enough about how supportive the folks at North Century Pharmacy are!

Im and struggling with this and really wanted it to work for me. First off, I was surprised at how small the container for this was, especially with the price point. I take this at night so the magnesium will help me to relax and fall asleep. I have the most trouble falling asleep on the nights I take this. I am also struggling with heart burn after taking this product. It is frustrating to me as I was really hoping it would be beneficial.
