The detox went well; I find that I am sleeping better. I lost some weight (6lbs) during the week. A few have returned, but overall I am less weight than when I started. I found the instructions a bit confusing, in that it appeared I could/should fast. Suggest that you clarify the fasting/no -fasting recommendations. The shake tastes great with a banana and unsweetened coconut milk and a scoop of unsweetened cocoa powder, or frozen mango, blueberries and coconut milk.
