I've purchased four badges from CoinSouvenir.com. This is exactly what I remember from the 1980's, except NEW. I remember the NIS agents I worked with complaining that when they completed their academy and went to the quartermaster, they just picked the best badge they could find out of a box the clerk had behind the counter.
