Chocolate chip cookies were delicious and just as I remembered as a child. However, many cookies were broken. Still tasted good but not something you could serve to guest. Chips were outstanding and were shipped with no broken pieces. Both are great products.

my brother & I enjoyed Charles Chips as kids when we went to Easton, Pa to visit relatives. My Aunt always had a few cans of chips & pretzels for us to snack on. That was some 50+ years ago. My brother moved to San Diego many years ago and was quite surprised when a Charles Pretzels tin arrived at his door. He had not seen them since he was a kid. Would have been 5-stars if you offered the thins like in the olden days but the mini's worked just fine.

The Bar B Que chips are so delicious. Received my order in good time. My tin had a dent in it I have e-mailed the customer service with pictures of can (yesterday) but haven’t received a reply yet. The package it was in had no damage. I am inclined to believe it must have been shipped with a dent in tin. However chips are delicious. Will update when I receive a reply from company. No other problems.

Box was damaged in shipping . Top was open, some packages were missing and some were flat. We are eating them and enjoying them. With the flat ones I plan on using in shredded chicken sandwiches as I usually use the smashed pieces anyway. All in all,they took care of it. The package is supposed to be here today. You Charles Chips!!!

I remember Carlie chips from the 60’s. Cans are a lot smaller but the chips are the same and stay fresh for a long time. I think the cans keep them fresher more than a bag. Love Charlie chips.

Chips are little pricy but very good. I'm disappointed that the tin is smaller then what we had delivered years ago. I ordered them specifically to have set up in our bar area like the good olé days.

The tin had a dent in it when it arrived. The chips in the tin tasted saltier than the ones in the refill bag. We prefer the less salty ones.

So far so good with one exception. The Buttermilk chips were open and all over the bottom. I'm not sure if they had been inadvertently taped to the bottom of the box and opened when I pulled them out possibly. I wasn't paying that close of attention.

Two of the bags received had burst open at the top seam. (Where we live the altitude is over 7000 feet.). The product, however, was fine. We repackaged those two bags. Please consider this in your packaging!

These are my favorite chips. Unfortunately the can doesn’t protect the chips as well as the bags do. But we made lemonade—or rather homemade mac and cheese with ships as the topping so all was good.

I would give 5 stars but even though the chips taste as I remembered when I lived in PA, they were pretty well broken in small pieces. Not fun to eat with a sandwich or dips. The chips inside the can were pretty small so I have to think that the bag of chips will be worse. I’ll enjoy using the can for other chips though. Thank you.

Loved the chips but disappointed with the size of the tin, my uncle worked for Charlie chips years ago.. with a full size tin..back in the days when they had the Charlie chip truck. I understand that the cost would go up but for what you get isn’t worth it.
