I love a good old fashioned braai and cooking on open coals. But, this has been a perfect addition to my coal cooking. Had it for a single month and already tried an assortment of things, from a classic braai to smoking lamb, brisket and chicken. It can be quick(if that's what you're after) or can be slow and tender. Great fun to experiment on and easy to learn.

Great replacement to cat door my dog ripped out. We event cheap incase he tried to get out it again. Unfortunately the knob to set the door lock has fallen out on one side, maybe due to child use… but I didn’t expect resilience the price.

Like many others I was underwhelmed by the instructions, some close ups of screw locations would help. The parts list shows the main posts 3500 apart but the instructions have them 3700 apart, I went with 3500 with 1000 overhang each end. I decided on 600 deep post holes, the instructions claim 500 is enough. Assembly time for roof 3x4 was about 12 hours, however considering it was just the two of us, myself and my Husband we were happy that we managed to build in that time frame. I bought this for my 3 young rabbits fam. As long as you follow the right step and instructions as described on the manual, you should be able to build a very nice rabbit run. Recommend cover the top off with a tarf to make it weather proof. p.s. would have been better if the manual specifies how many clips are needed for each joined side.

Ordering was a little hit and miss but then placed an order online. There was a waiting time published and so fine with that. The bench took and additional 10 days longer to actually be ready for collection but an acceptable delay period. Pick up was really quick and easy and the chaps at the warehouse carried out and stowed the carton in my station wagon for me. Assembly was easy and I applied sealer to protect it. Looks amazing and very happy with the product.

Fits perfectly love the wide skirt on it as I have a deep mattress and not all electric blankets take that into consideration .Lovely to sleep on and the connection fitting is not half way down the bed like others are so not in the way .By far a great purchase .

I bought 2 and have them at right angles to each other completing a square enclosure which I have covered with wire netting. Once I got help to figure out how the clips required pliers to bend them into shape, they were easy to assemble. Seem sturdy, and good value for money.

Great service. Ordered on Monday & received on Wednesday. Real easy to install following the idiot-proof installation diagrams & it only took approximately 7 hours to do it for my wife & I. Only disappointment was that a louver blade was missing a part however Living Culture are arranging a replacement louver to be sent to us & then the installation will be complete.

Very pleased with this item. This is a ground earthing rod that I will be using to connect to my new inverter generator and 4000 watt pure sine wave inverter. The 2 earthing rods were more solid and heavier than I was expecting and will be ideal for my application. The communication was excellent and the delivery was immediate.

Some of the staffs were not helpful to give explanation, although finally 1 staff was helpful to reply to my e-mail and give sufficient explanation. Waiting for delivery is another frustration, promised 8-10 weeks was never happened, ordered in June, arrived in October. The product quality is not too bad, but found after installed the polycarbonate sheet was wavy. the bolts are not long enough for NZ standard.

Used this to extend the space by adding to the coop. Hens are happily taking advantage. It's good for what I want and the cover is useful. The only hassle was the metal clips. So strong we couldn't get them closed so I gave up and used cable ties.
