Great concept but my awning was slightly warped from bottom to top, bottom sat straight and top sat crooked. I fixed this by cable tying the top to our gazebo and pulling it back round to sit flat. One side of the awning material will not sit flat without buckling. Not sure if my deck is slightly higher on one side and causing this, or awning not quite square. Most of the parts are metal but there are some plastic parts, like the handles, that I'm not sure will last that long in the sun. Overall...

Ordered the Pagola was in stock and took a long time to arrive and was delivered one box missing. I complained about damaged louvers send photos and was asked to take videos "still not resolved. Had to pay twice for installation as the box was missing of main parts.

While the frame was easy to put together, the wire netting was a nightmare to unroll, the way it has been clipped together has left big holes in the pattern we had to try and fix. The latch and hinges on the door is ineffective, our dog was able to push the door off the hinges and walk out of the run...needed to add a few tweaks of our own to make the door more secure

Seems like a decent enough feeder but the product I received was not aluminium as stated in the description but rather some sort of powder coated steel - time will tell if it rusts or not. I'd be hesitant to purchase from Living Culture in the future.

I would have reviewed the product but getting the product is also part of the whole process
