Early days yet, but product is working well. Sleep is very important for me, but my schedule is far from conducive to regular timings! I have serious sleep problems and I’ve tried everything on the market. Patches, tablets, a thing that shines a light on the ceiling, things that melt on your tongue. Nothing ever worked. I take vodka to sleep but it’s so detrimental to my health. This product by Earth’s Secret has changed my life. I do need 3 of them with 3 magnesium glycinate but I can finally sleep without alcohol. I really enjoy the regulate strips! I use them when I eat high carb things like white rice, cakes, bananas and other fruits. I find it curbs my hunger response so I don't over eat. I love guava so the taste is great, and I won't get tired of it. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future!

I bought the Earths Secret mask last week, and I'm thrilled with how well it works. It's made from really comfortable materials that don't feel scratchy or hot, and it fits perfectly on my face.
