So glad I found this! It really does work best after using a clarifying shampoo and no conditioner and I have already noticed an improvement after using a few times. As I've gotten more gray, my formerly super straight hair is now wavy and gets frizzy easily. I've been using heat to smooth it down but high heat plus coloring had it looking pretty bad. Between K18 leave-in and turning down the heat on my dryer and iron, I'm optimistic that my hair will look a lot smoother soon!

I've just used the trial to date but also compared it to another leading brand. It requires less product and seems to combine a repair and frizz treatment. At least for my hair, which as I move through my 50s is dryer. I color but do not do much else so there isn't horrible damage. As I grey out I am coloring roots monthly at home. Over the past year a lot was not tended to, so the K18 will be working overtime for a bit.

Before investing in the full size product, I decided to try the sample size first. I have natural curly hair, that is more coarse and dry, as I’ve transitioned to my natural gray. So far, I am very pleased with the increased suppleness and conditioning K18 has provided. I have used twice now, and have enough for a third test.
