The Quality is Great. I sent in artwork and the color that was supposed to be 'carmel' is 'olive green' So the bag is not the right color. Would love to hear from you on how we can fix this next time because I love the quality of the bag. Thanks

The quality is actually very nice and the photo I added was great quality as well. Make sure you use a bright photo or it will end up looking a bit darker. The sizing is a bit large. I got a medium one for someone who usually wears a large and it was big. A sizing chart would be nice- I couldn’t find one

We love the custom parasol itself, but we’ve tried reaching customer service many times and have gotten no response. We paid extra for “rush” and multiple times (on other products), the rush delivery of “1 to 3 day fulfillment” has not been fulfilled. Since then, the rush option has been removed but we were never reimbursed for the insufficient rush of the products. Our last order took just under 2 months to be delivered.

The graphics turned out fine on my fan. Didn't get my faded lettering as good as I had thought it would look though. It's basically blended into the background and is invisible, which is unfortunate(Purple on black). Just slight worries for long term wear and tear and glue job. Overall still satisfied with the fan. Nothing I can't adjust to my liking with the quality.

I want to buy more mesh crop tops. I bought this for a concert and fell in love when I got it and it went perfect with my outfit!

Had a custom fan made as a gift. The print came out perfect, the only slight issue is the black fan prongs(?) are visible through the design. That didn’t occur to me otherwise i would’ve chosen darker colors. Otherwise the fan is very well made and arrived very quickly! Will order again!

The design of the fan is great. Feel of the wood and the rivet is as expected of what is currently available from the best hand fan vendors. A few comments. The fabric is already fraying around the edges after a few concerts. The rivet should be replaced by something with a smoother texture.

The product I bought for myself is just what I wanted. The size is good, the quality seems good and it will be put to the test in the 100+ degree weather where I live.

The bamboo ribs make it nice and light. The colour and pattern is accurate to the photo. I didn't realize that it wasn't double sided - the ribs show on the "wrong" side. It's fine, just unexpected. Didn't get charged duties when shipping to Canada, so that's always nice
