The decal on the hat had more holes than a slice of swiss cheese. Not to mention the decal itself seems very, very thin. The order itself took two months to arrive. Don’t even ask me where the “bonus” mouse pad is or my other order(s) are because they haven’t arrived. We are going on 3+ months and zero feedback from any member of support. Truly a horrid experience for a “VIP” member.
