Ordered outright with a heart between the names, but discovered when we received the sign that it had <3 instead of the heart. Sent an email and got a very quick reply. Was informed that they couldn't do a heart. They redid the sign with an & instead and we got the replacement a weeks and a half later. It looks awesome and we're extremely satisfied with the quality and looks of the sign as well as the awesome service received. We'll definitely use them again.

I ordered 1 and loved it so much I ordered 2 more! I had them wrapped as gifts already or I would have taken a photo of all of them. Everyone loved their sign. My only suggestion is to add screws the same color. Love this otherwise!! And you had them shipped in a very reasonable time frame, they mad it for Christmas. I have to admit I ordered one from another company because I felt their design would fit my other sister. I ordered on 11-25-2019 and still have not received it as of today 1-1-2020...
