I cannot wear the suit comfortably as the hygienic sticker/tag won’t come off. I tried it on when it arrived and then went to take off the sticker and it is a gluey, shredded mess. I’ve even tried warm water and soap and it still won’t completely come off.

The quality is great and I love the whole ethos of this company but the sizes and customers service just aren’t great. I’m at 32 waist so I sized up to Size L 33inch but when it arrived it the waist coming in at 28inch and customer services only solution was to size up again and no acknowledgment of the size guide being 5inches smaller. In the end I couldn’t size up because the XL is longer and the L was already very high on my waist so I returned and finally got my refund 3.5 months later
