I love the pre-made Bahama Mama drink and can not find it in town so I ordered it online from “3brothers”. It did not arrive on time, however, when the management was made aware of the situation, they called me and emailed me with apologies and made it right 💯%. They truly care about their customers and I will absolutely use them again. Good drink and excellent customer service, who could ask for anything more! 😊

The bottles arrived safely. They were packaged very well. I already have a bottle of Stagg 24C open, so it will e a little while before I get into one of these.

The box arrived considerably banged up and I feared the worst, so the package was opened right away, rather than wait for Christmas. This worked out well. Everything was okay--but my husband had to "sample" right away. He really has enjoyed the different brands and said that some were unfamiliar, but wonderful surprises. I'm really happy with the contents. This was a great experience!

This was the third or fourth time that I have used 3Brothers for delivery of difficult to find items. The dozen Buffalo Trace bottles were wrapped in plastic bubble wrap and secured extremely well. The service provided by 3Brothers is excellent. Very helpful for answering any questions that we had before we put in our order. Delivered sooner than expected. Great reliability. Looks like the cork cap slipped up during shipping. Might have lost a once per bottle. Recommend putting something over the cap to keep from leaking. Glad that I was able to purchase and enjoy. Thanks, Scott

I brought 1792 for my husband for Father’s Day, and he absolutely loved it. He normally likes high shelf bourbons, and this was the best bourbon that he said he has ever had! Also shipping was fast and delivery was smooth!

I would have loved if someone would have reached out to me to tell me they were out of fusion #5 so the substitute product would have arrived on time for Christmas. Instead, I had to reach out to them for the status of my order to be told, it was on hold. Until when? Another batch was prepared?

This was at least the fourth order I’ve received from Three Brothers and, just like every previous order, the shipping was so efficient that the order was delivered a day earlier than predicted. The dozen Buffalo Trace bottles were packaged perfectly and arrived safely wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard. I spoke to a young man, Ray, who was very helpful with the process of getting the order completed. Thanks for your great service. The customer service and delivery could not have been better.

Buffalo Trace is rare in my neck of the woods and I was able to simply order 6 bottles and have it show up at my house a few days later in perfect condition.

Took some time to get the bottle due to the store eating to get their shipment. I had to call and email to get an update. The only thing I can say is I wish I could have gotten an update originally when there was a delay with out calling.

It is very cool. Can't wait for my son to open it on Christmas. It would be nicer if the kit came in a package that could be used to display the individual bottles.

I’ve ordered a couple times from 3Brothers and both times I’ve been impressed. They’re timely and well packaged. When they weren’t able to get an item they called and let me choose a substitute. Great customer service! I’ve ordered the same sour moonshine which I really enjoy all flavors.

Three brothers really came through on this one . This is some really fine sipping tequila . this is not the cheapest tequila or the most expensive it fit right into my budget . I am very happy with my selection of using three brothers. I had no problems with communication or delivery.

Love your company. However the shipping costs are double of what your competitors charge. I will be ordering from them in the future unless the shipping charges are lowered considerably.

I ordered Bahama from 3brothers and am very happy with their service, communication, and packaging. The communication let me know when to expect it and the packaging was completed so well it could survive a drop with no problem. The best part is the drink tastes so good! I highly recommend it for people who like a drink that does not taste like liquor/alcohol.

Because this is not available at retail, I ordered online the only bad experience I’d say I had was the shipping charges. But I was just so anxious to get some for my house that I went ahead and bit the bullet.

Love the tequila but I paid extra for faster shipping and received this item 4 days late. I contacted customer service and never got a response. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
