Arrived safe & sound in Florida from San Diego well packaged and minimal damage (slight damage to inside of lantern where bottle sits) a day later than postage paid.
So maybe you need to chase that issue up with your delivery company when customer is paying for delivery on 10th and it’s not out for delivery till 11th this missing its onward journey to UK as a gift. Will have to wait here now until September when family come back out here.
