Loved my Sunjoy gazebo until I needed to replace the canopy. The Texas heat and wind destroyed the original after one season. Simple fix though.... just ordered a replacement canopy. All is good again!!!! Will be ordering a new one each season.

I love my new gazebo! I put it together myself with a little help from my husband. I am a 43 year old female who loves to do diy projects around the house. The directions was pretty clear and easy to follow. This is a great product and good quality. I have received a lot of compliments on my new gazebo from the neighbors, family, and friends. We have enjoyed the constant sun hitting us directly in our backyard because we always sat under our sunjoy patio cover. The cover took the sun, rain and wind for four years. This year we had some fierce winds and rain come through and blew a huge hole into our four year old Sunjoy patio cover. I went online and ordered a new cover for a great price. I hired professionals to install. Took 2 of them 6 hours to complete and no bumps along the way! I had a problem with the ties for the curtains, but with Mia's help from customer service, everything was resolved within 2 days! Very prompt response and outstanding customer support! Love the canopy! It is a very nice quality and fits perfect. I had trouble with the product from another company last year when Sunjoy did not have this item in stock. That other product didn't fit right (way too tight) and ripped in one season. I am very pleased with this purchase. I would highly recommend this for the Windsor Gazebo from Big Lots.

Love our gazebo! It’s sturdy (although depending on where you live, you may want more robust stakes than the ones provided). We have received many compliments and the build time with two people only took 3 hours. Good assembly directions and the whole canopy is of quality construction. You will not be disappointed if you decide this canopy dimensions work for you.

Great fit for my cedar gazebo perfectly. I had an installation issue with one of the privacy panels but had no problem with the mosquito netting. The only way I could zip the privacy panel to the others was to reverse it which put it inside out and I couldn't attach it to the post. We take the gazebo top off so it wont be destroyed in the wind in the fall, otherwise it's up all year. It gives shade in the summer with a mosquito screen for insects and lets in the sunshine in the winter.

Overall experience was great. I don't think the canopy is the correct one but I was able to get it to fit. The canopy base I was given had no numbers on it. I was told it was purchased at Sam's and the pictures on the website match the base I have so I figured I would try it. Canopy top was extremely tight getting on. Was very happy with the assembly of this gazebo. I was able to put it together on my own over the course of a few days with only needing another set of hands for the post connections. After assembling many 'kits' over the years, I was cautiously optimistic on how this would go. By the end, I have to say the unit is well thought out with enough 'give' in the connections to make each step easy while maintaining dimension. Structurally sound and a nice looking piece! Good job guys!

Love the gazebo. We use it all the time. We take the canopy off for the winter and leave just the frame up as it is secured to the deck. This is our fourth season and had to replace the canopy. The canopy arrive one week after it was ordered. Can't beat the price for lots of summer pleasure. Excellent product.

I read a bit about the back-story of this company and decided to trust and give them a try. I do prefer to buy local, but appreciated that what they presented on their website, they had in stock. We love the gazebo, but, the instructions that came with it left a lot to be desired. We had to disassemble different parts several times. The four corner post had drilled holes in it, but the instructions said nothing about they had to be to the outside. This is just one of the many problems we had. I got this pergola and was missing several parts. I contacted the customer service through email and sent them all the missing parts that was needed. Because I did not have the receipt I had to purchase the parts. I thought the parts were a little pricey.
