Wish I could write a better review. I have been trying to get a replacement strand of lights because I ordered 2 masks and 1 strand didn’t work. I called and even talked to you and you said you would send a replacement strand. I sent 6 emails to you and you only responded to the very first one. It’s been almost 2 months with no follow up customer service and no replacement strand. Very disappointed with your customer service.

I’m OBSESSED with these face masks! They are breathable and fit my face great! Leaves my ears a little sore but I honestly think all masks are gonna hurt the ears a little bit since we aren’t used to them. Ordered 3 at the beginning of the pandemic and just now ordered 5 more!! I have to wear them to work so I have a feeling I’m going to be ordering a ton more!!!
