I’m on my 4th or 5th bottle of Flow, and can definitely feel the difference during my training. Flow allows me to recover better, flush lactic acid, and push harder during my workouts. At 45 years old, that intra-workout recovery is what has me sold and keeps me coming back. The Cerus crew are all great people as well that genuinely want to help and see everyone succeed.

This product is amazing… I have been taking FLOW for about 3 months and I will not go without it. The product is super clean. I swear by it now, you can really tell the difference after about the second week in your system. Rather you CrossFit or you’re a long distance runner you need to try FLOW.. Started CERUS flow 3 weeks ago pre workout and I didn't notice the difference right off.. however about a week in I noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference while running.
