It is great but it started to rust and I just got it. I took it apart to see how bad it was and it's all around the hinges. It's like the protective coating on it isn't that good and it just scratches off really easily. It's still apart because I lost some pieces. But apart from the rust it's a very good tool. I'm able to use it in my current job working at Menards to cut up boxes and stuff. But then later on in life I'll be able to go and use it when I become a paramedic. From what I've seen it...

I used the guide one time and the carbide fell off. I didn’t think I tightened it down too tight. Maybe I did or didn’t I don’t know. I contacted the company and got a very quick response. You need a more responsive system to help your international (Canadian) customers with orders. Alex responded quickly to my request to change order mistake which I appreciate but couldn’t do anything for me other than to say receive my order and then return. This is costly for me, your customer. There needs to be a proper RMA system and a way to cancel an order Within 24 hours . Hi! I bought the pants based on my usual size on pants, 32/32. I bought 32/34 with the intent of shortening the length a little bit as the 32/32 variant was out of stock. When receiving the pants I do not in the pants, not even close. It feels like the pants are around 30/34 or even smaller. The length was fine but the waist is way of.
