The broach tool is very nicely made. However there is no indication that it is from Steele. I bought it from Steele because I am a fan of the channel. I would have loved to have the Alec Steele insignia laser etched or carved into the flat portion of the handle. I would have given a 5 star rating but only 4.

The only issue I have had with this item is the screw that holds the clip in. It comes loose very easily requiring tightening overy so often. Otherwise it's a great product!

The knife is brilliant and what I was looking to buy, however, when it arrived at my door (UK) there was an extra £48 to pay for import tax. This really took the enjoyment out of the knife arriving, especially after stretching my budget to buy the knife at its displayed cost. I have never experienced this with any other online purchase.

Pretty good block brush, it gets the job done. Rips the scale off in just a few passes with the brush. Handel was a good shape but I sanded it a little more and hit it with some linseed oil.

Love the pants, great for everyday, work, whatever. Feel pretty well made and decently thick. The legs are wider then I was expecting, and not fit at all, meaning its the same wideness all the way down, but this allows good movement, the waist is really quite high, like up to the belly button, which makes the crotch sort of high too. well so far I have received the first half of the grinder. I have the motor and the speed switch. I plug them in to make sure they work everything is great looking forward to get the rest. I also bought a couple belts to go with it just so I'm ready when I receive the rest of the 2 x 48 Alec Steele grinder

Overall seems to be very good, I like the fit, they are comfortable, and build quality seems to be good. I do wish the thigh pocket flap could be folded behind the small thigh pockets to expose them. That would make the small pockets more useful to me. As it currently is, I need the quick access more than I need the security of the buttoned flap. Unless I cut off the pocket flap, I don't see myself using the small pockets much.
