I have to say, this took some getting used to. I started out with a firm flat roller to where I could put all of my weight on. This roller requires a little more body control and maneuvering, which has proven beneficial! Doing this I believe enhances my core training as well.
I just suggest keeping in mind, if you are not used to a roller like this, give it some time to become comfortable with it, then you will know if it is for you or not.
