I absolutely love this product. I do recommend making it your breakfast by adding a few things with it in a blender to make it a meal. Not only cause breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The product 100% reduced bloating. I take it at night before bed most nights or when really bloated. Next morning post visit to the bathroom, I am 100% no longer bloated. I need to be more consistent with taking it, but if bloated / constipated I would highly recommend. I don't love the taste but you get used to it. I drink it with water only.. I don't usually get such results from anything, but this honestly works.
