Gaia's Garden Oolong Tea might just be my cup of tea! Brewed a cup a while ago using a tea infuser basket. 2 tbsps, 5-7 mins steeping time (longer than I intended to!). First sip, earthy vegetal taste. Second sip, I found a sweet note. Reminded me of suman pinipig!
