What makes this "milk oolong" variation different is that it has a lighter, "creamier" feel to it, closer to green tea than oolong, in my opinion. As the taste lingers on the tongue, it turns a bit more astringent, so very green tea-like.
Tip: If you want to bring out the earthier oolong aspect, have this tea hot. If you want a crisp, light feel, have it cold.
