It will be a great choice to shift from coffee to tea. I did and I started with Nature Apothecary's starter kit. I don't get the jitter coffee gives me anymore and I also like the multiple choices that you can get from the starter kit. You can brew tea depending on your mood, anytime of the day. Glad that I found this store and will order for more. PS, loved English Breakfast!!

I have drunk the tea 3 times already since I bought. And it helped a lot with my joint and muscle pains due to my menopausal stage. I place 8petals in a glass of water every time I prepare it. And once I consume the first glass I again refill the glass with hot water and consume it again. I plan to take it now thrice a week and see the results after a month. Hoping it will continue to relieve my menopausal symptoms... Thank you very much for this product.

I have always been a fan of Chamomile Tea (Tisane), and Nature's Apothecary's version of this tea has been my favorite. I like the packaging. So pretty. I like the aroma and the taste of it.
