I love this shampoo and conditioner! It is made specifically for my fine, thin hair. When the directions tell you to shampoo twice (the scalp only!) it is not a scam. You literally feel like the shampoo is doing nothing with the first wash. The second wash, the shampoo gets really bubbly and luxurious and you know it has gotten rid of all the oil and impurities.
