Overall it is great. My only issue is how easy it is to change the pressure level. As I'm using it I am touching the controls and it fluctuates. Even if I let water dribble out, which is how I have always used other flossers, the water will adjust the pressure. While overall it is great, for me this is a big enough issue I will not recommend it to my friends unless they need a tonsile stone removal system.

This is not a well designed product and is ineffective in its purpose. Several issues but the two biggest issues are one double clicking seems to do nothing and no way to know if it’s in “safe mode” the other is the placement of the touch level just holding it you often increase the pressure not fun having it blast the back of your throat. should be a button not everything has to be touch sensitive I. There is a BIG learning curve with the water flosser. I like that there are two different modes and two different attachments. One of the things I do not like is that the placement of the pressure happens to be in the same spot where my fingers naturally go, so I find myself changing the pressure a lot. Another thing is that when it's wet, I find it hard to change the pressure. I have to have a towel nearby to dry it off to change the pressure as needed.
