So delicious! Not so spicy that you can’t enjoy plenty at once, but it has a lovely kick! The garlic is chewy and fragrant. We should have bought several jars as we got through it in less than two weeks.

My favourite chilli oil I’ve tried to date. The ingredients are fresh & flavorful. The sesame oil is more prominent than other chilli oils I’ve tried in the past. Will always be my go to! Love mixing it in to my eggs on toast!

Oh this is so so delicious! Drizzled on avocado toast, stirred through pasta, spooned on to chicken breast. I have put it all over everything seeing it’s so yum.. the jar is already finished and I’m going to buy another!!

I drizzle it over all sorts of things to add flavour -eg tofu & broccoli stir-fry,

Has a chilli "bite" so I tend to add sparingly.

Absolutely amazing. Life changing even. It is such a good condiment to add to random dishes, even the most boring meals can be made awesome with a bit of this magical stuff. I tried it with a good HSP recently and that was quite an experience. I wouldn't recommend it because HSP is already very oily but something to try once.
The other pic is just some plain snags and salmon I cooked up and the crispy chilli oil is the only seasoning I need to take it from good to so gooood. It also adds textur...

This is my favourite chilli oil! I tried many different other Australian-made, Asian flavoured chilli oil but this is the one. I use it in noodles and dumplings. Great flavour, lots of crunchy chewy fried garlic - love love love!

We love Chotto Motto- we use it in every dish- Asian or otherwise. Scrambled eggs with Chotto Motto and a little cream is to die for. Chotto Motto added to a miso soup adds something that little bit special. Added to tuna and rice turns the meal into something delicious. We are a little obsessed with this delightful condiment and can't imagine our kitchen without it.

Started loving the crispy chilli oil (present from daughter at Goondiwindi no less) but bought some other products.The Green Curry Mayo s an amazingly fresh bit if spice with a salad (thinned with bit of verjuice is even better!). Have to figure out what the hot sauce is best for yet - but it's gooood!
