It was my first time using a disc, and it was really good. Insertion is the most "difficult" thing (took me the first time 30s max) but the more you practice the easier it gets. It was also easier for me to understand how to place it, compared to a cup.
The Hello disc was super easy to remove as you just have to grab a loop and pull it. However, I just tried it with the 2 loops "hanging" as it was my first time, but I wasn't bothered by it. I tried cups before and it was so much more stressful ...

The next step in being more ECO is getting yourself a bamboo(th) toothbrush and the one from ODE to Earth is perfect! In the past I already had a few bamboo toothbrushes but this one is more elegant, durable and easy to handle while brushing your teeth.
The carrier tube that came with it can be recycled or you can use it while travelling. I love this fact as I don't have to put my brush into a plastic bag anymore... yaaay!!!

I was a bit dubious if a simple stick of charcoal could really get rid of the taste of chlorine in the water and I am so so happy to say: IT DOES!!!
Even one hour of filtering makes a difference already. And with one stick lasting 6 months this is incredible value for money! Highly recommend!
