I was sceptical about moving to solid conditioner and honestly don’t think I’ll use conditioner from a bottle again! It leaves my hair soft but not soft where you’re hair is coated with synthetic ingredients you would get from using normal conditioner. I've been using another type of period cup for years and while I loved it, the extra bit at the end just annoyed me that little bit. Turns out having a low cervix can result in that discomfort. But the Hello cup changes all that! Takes a little bit of time to get used to inserting but it is an absolute game changer!! If you havent tried period cups at all.... Don't wait any longer!

Did a lot of research before choosing a disc and glad I went with the hello disc. I liked the idea of the disc as it doesn’t rely on the suction that cups do.
There was a slight learning curve but can safely say after using it over three cycles that I have insertion and removal down!
