I got the 3 phase system. On stage 1 for about 3 weeks now. My teeth are straight because I wore braces in the past. However, they shifted after my retainer broke. I definitely feel a difference after just 3 weeks. My overbite is starting to close up.

It works. Hurts but if you are consistent, pain goes away. You have to bite into it. I was skeptical when I saw it was coming from China after I ordered. Glad I gave it a chance. Teeth straightened, overbite gone nicely shaped ...really happy. Waited to give a review until I used it for a while.

I've only been using D1 so far. It's a great product and I already feel confident with my smile even if there isn't any physical improvement yet. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the bottom of the brace that goes below my tongue has a sharpish edge and hurts my tongue. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, but I can handle it. I've been wearing D1 for almost a full month now so I'll start wearing D2 during the day at some point. Great product✨

The first 5 days of wearing the product was very uncomfortable. After sleeping in it at night and removing it in the morning, my jaw line was very tender also my teeth were very sensitive and I was unable to chew hard food. After a week or more the jawline adjusted to the brace and it wasn't so uncomfortable again. I sleep comfortably in them now and I feel like their is some work being done on aligning my teeth.

Honestly, I regretted the purchase right after I submitted my payment but am so happy I took the chance! My teeth are bad so I did not bother to check w my Dental team prior to using as I knew what they would say. But within a few days of wearing these (here + there) my bottom teeth are 100% better! IT’s weird at first and fit kinda snug on my bottom teeth. Because those were the ones I had a crooked tooth. I wore it for a couple weeks till it fit really good, then I started to wear the next step for a while in the afternoon and #1 at night. At the one month mark I switched completely to #2. If your teeth get a little sore that means It’s working. IT’s what braces do also. So far I don’t see much movement after one month, but it feels like it fits my teeth better and better.

Even thou compared to other toothbrushes it is smaller because of this reason, it is easier to brush spots which are harder to get. The toothbrush it's self is very soft and very comfortable to use. Regarding brushing the teeth, does it's job perfectly.

Amazing it does what it says it does. No more snoring for me and I do feel more rested when I wake up. I've had this for like a month. It's not easy to sleep with (imo) but you can tell it's doing something and it's great I'm learning proper tongue posture. I still don't feel like my teeth have shifted much, but my teeth are mostly straight... I'm hoping to see more movement.
